Is anyone else running into the Kansas E-mail Harvester? He is using every ISP in the Topeka area to harvest e-mail addresses using the technique below. He managed to cause SMTPD32.EXE to trap out. Since then I have been blocking all the Kansas area dialups one by one as he uses them.
