It looks like you've found some global rules that will help you block spam. For example, you could add a rule that will block E-mail with "Viagra" in the subject. Just remember that you will catch some legitimate mail too ("FW: Top 10 reasons to take Viagra" or "I hope I can work from home after I have the baby").
