Being a school I have now problems with filtering all suspect mail regardless of its vailidity. As yet (touch wood) we haven't had any spam. It does of course mean that I check the various filter boxes each day and forward mail if necessary, but it works.
As for Undisclosed*Recipients I use a rule to filter Undisclosed*Recipients (replace * with .) from the header.
Sorry can't copy and paste the rule, I use external rules files- so much easier to change the search strings. I only have 8 global rules and that does everything.
