Now that you mention it, this would make a rather interesting positive feed back loop. Eventually (theoretically it would/could include ever available Email address on the web. I don't think that's a good thing. lol
Obviously there would have to be some form of quality control set in place to deal with this. There is the problem of forged Email headers et al, the general churn in email accounts and reassignment of IP addresses. This leads to another MAPS/ORBS type organization. I think it would be better if this were limited just to the virus side of the house. No one that I know of, is actively putting the From/Subject/Attachment Name of email viruses out in a single readily accessible listing. All virus information is public but no where is a single listing of the Email identifiers that could aid in filtering the viruses. The antiviral companies are set to be more reactive than proactive in this matter (it's in their best business interest).
