Navigate to the folder "users" from the top of your domain and see if "allow Web access" box is checked.

Hello...I have ran into a minor issue with the Iradmen.exe client and Imail Ver.6.06....Everytime I add a user via the Iradmen.exe client the enable web access is always turned off....Is there anyway to make each user added automatically have the enable web access setting enabled?
