It's pretty simple. Just move the KWMimages directory to a REAL webserver, then enter the full URL path to the directory in the config_ImagesPathRegular.cgi file, like this:
http://www.mywebserver.com/kwmimages/
You can do the same for the config_ImagesPathSSL.cgi file, if you're offering SSL and have a secure webserver on which to serve the images.
