Having a problem logging into web messaging.

I login using myname@mydomain.com and the password. I check the "increased security" box and submit. The next thing I get is "Log-in attempt failed. Try again..."

I get this same error if I try again and again. However, if I refresh the browser I get logged in. What's up with that?

Can anyone tell me why this is happening and what can I do to fix it. I've installed all of the patches for 6.06 and rebooted the server.

On the server settings, I have tried checking and unchecking the "Ignore source address in security check" and "Enable keep alive" with no success.

My customers are getting frustrated with this and I've got to do something about it. What ever insights you can give me will be appreciated.
