Just so long as the files are at least a few hours old. I typically delete them if they are dated the previous day or earlier.

Again, I'd only delete them after they have been there for a few hours, just to be safe. Sometimes, the files are locked and can't be deleted until after the services are stopped/restarted. -Scott
