No, it does not.
www.register.com may think you do. But, you don't. Try "nslookup -type=MX levenfeld.com". You will then see you don't have an MX record for levenfeld.com (the good news is that you do have an A record for mail.levenfeld.com, and it is the same as the A record for levenfeld.com).
You can also type "nslookup", "server dns21.register.com", "set type=MX", "levenfeld.com", to see that register.com doesn't have the MX record listed.

Then everyone sending the mail uses mail servers that will use the A record. I can't even recall, but it may be that mail servers are required to check the A record. Either way, you'll want to add the MX record (and yell at www.register.com for telling you that you have an MX record when you do not).
