I am using streaming with default publishing as MP3 16 fast.
>How good (quality) are these sounds when imported? Wav files, MP3 files? >I usually have the best results with 16 bits PCM 44.1 kHz >stereo wav sounds.
For mac they were 22khz AIF files.

Are you talking about import quality here or export quality as something other than default Mp3?
It's funny, but music usually sounds just fine at MP3 16 fast. It's the other sounds that seem to be awful.
