In your HTML, change your scale attribute to showall - or take it out alltogether - showall is default. The way you have it (noborder means fill the whole screen with Flash and keep the aspect ratio the same, even if it means chopping off some of the movie - this is what you have now).
Hopefully, the fuzzy feeling you'll get from the fact that it's easy to fix will make up for the gross "Oh gosh, I should have read the manual" feeling!
