works fine on IE 5.0, DSL connection, PIII866, 256 meg ram

Notes:

Assessment is spelled wrong on the intro page. There are also a few spelling/gramatical/contextual errors within the text. (eg. In the second paragraph of the about us page the term authenticate is used where I think authentic is meant). Although it reads well I think a spell checker and a human copy editor might help.

I also find the vertical line on the right to be disturbing. Although text is not cut off, on first glance I thought that it was.

Other than that I like it.
