Ok, explain something to me please. Why would you essentially exclude 4.0+ browsers from your site? I'm running Netscape 4.7 and I get a "old browser" alert, and then the site stops at a black screen. What formatting could you possibly be using that would require the *most* updated version of IE and Netscape. Both IE and Netscape 4+ support most all the goodies like dhtml etc. and your an immigration service! how many people are really going to be up on the latest technology? and if you *exclude* older browsers (i don't really think 4.7 should be assumed old, however), why don't you direct them to a "lower bandwidth" version of the site?? IMHO, this is very poor site development. anyone else?
