You could put a blank-keyframe with a stop command at the first frame in the loaded movie, and after this all the elements of your movie2.swf.
Then when the main timeline reaches frame 5 you must say loaded movie2.swf to go to frame 2 and play.

Is it possible to say Load Movie 'movie2.swf' into level1. but instead of playing movie2 from the start..have it play from frame number 5?
