Are you using the external media browser to set the path? Check to see that you have all your external media set to the same relative path.

I have just developed an AW5 course that is heavy on video content. It is to be run off a CD.

The problem is this:

There are about 26 pieces of video in the course which range in size from 2.5mb to 30mb. The majority of the videos are between 11 and 25 mb in size. In Authorware I set the Preload function to load each video when a particular section that needs the video is accessed. This means that i am not preloading all the video at the start. The video is only preloaded when it is needed.

The video is also Quicktime so it is a sprite and it is external.

When I package the AW5 piece and run it off my hard drive all the video plays fine but when I burn the packaged AW5 piece and the external video files to CD and then play it only 3 video pieces play?

So after these 3 video pieces have played none of the other video on the course plays at all. The CD doesn't even attempt to locate and play them either!

I just cannot figure out why this is happening. I have placed the preload function in various places but the problem always arises.

If anyone out there has encountered a similar problem or who can just help me in any way I would be extremely grateful.
