I've seen this error when I've tried to run a packaged-without-runtime file with a 'newer' runtime engine (e.g. running an A3.5 file with A4 runtime).
However, it doesn't sound like that's the cause in this situation. I think what's happening in your case is that you've used one of the new Xtras while creating the file in A5.2 but the packaged file is trying to use OLD Xtras. That's the first thing I would check. Pay close attention to Flash Asset Xtra.
