This may indicate that the icon that's named is corrupt. At least, that's the first line of investigation I'd follow.
The other possibility is that the library segment that's needed hasn't completely downloaded yet. OR...there's something about that workstation's security settings...they're not allowing the library to be downloaded.

I think it might have something to do with the library file because similar display icons are displayed before this one and this is the first use of that library in the course.
