Hi Sharon, Instead of your wait icon, set up a conditional interaction with the condition set to:
GetSpriteProperty(@"yourFlashmovie" ; #playing) = FALSE
and the 'Automatic' option set to 'On False to True'.
This will let Authorware wait until yourFlashMovie has stopped playing.
See the Flash Help pages on your system for more details on propeties (like #playing). You can get there by clicking the Help button in your Flash Asset Properties window.

Within my AWARE application, I have a number of Flash movies linked, however what I need to know is how I can return to the place on my flowline once the movie has finished.
Originally I set up the Flash movie on the flowline and then inserted a wait icon (to wait for the time that the movie plays) and then an erase icon followed by a navigate icon (returning back to the original place). However, since using this method I have found that on some systems, the movie plays slower than the time allotted for the wait icon.
Does anyone know of a calculation or such like that would overcome this problem.
Thanking you in advance
