Carefull, it's not an event interaction you need, it's a conditional interaction. Let it check for the condition Rick stated below. Be sure to set the Automatic-option on 'On False To True'.

You don't need a pause... Create an event interaction and check that the sprite playing is not true. Once it's not true, continue your piece. It works beautifully well.
You'll need to put this in your event:
GetSpriteProperty(IconID@"FlashIntro", #playing) = FALSE
Note: replace "FlashIntro" with your Flash movie name. This should go directly under your Flash movie icon that you inserted...
