It may have been mentioned already, as I haven't read all the replies to your post. But have you tried using the MediaShoppe's Create Xtra Directory KO to determine what Xtras need to go in your package. The KO is pretty good; it'll stop you from guessing or, as a last resort, tossing all the Xtras into the Xtras folder :-)
If you have AW 5.1 or 5.2, the KO is included. But here's the link anyway.
