How do you guys estimate the time it takes to produce a full CBT? I have to write a propsoal or "scope of work" for a company that has no idea how long it takes to produce multimedia. This is a first for me in terms of the scale of the project. I really have no idea in terms of estimation of time? The scale of the project really warrants a 'team' of multimedia people. I need to express to them that "I'm not making this stuff up" in terms of needing more people and more time. Does anyone have any case studies or something like that?
