With functions from the Mediashoppe's WebFX I have created an activeX browser that displays html-pages in my web-packaged piece. The html pages launches a flash piece with a button that calls a javascript (window.close). Clicking the button causes the browserwindow in authorware to close, but crashes the piece afterwards. The packaged piece just freezes, while I in authoring mode gets the "Could nor obtain OLE control window handle" whereafter AW locks completely up.
Because the flash-pieces that causes this are used for other purposes we don't want to change them, and the challange remains to construct some "bypass-scripting" that overcomes this window-handle-problem. I've run out of ideas and would be greatful for any tips on this.
