Sorry to ask you guys this question but I think my hosting company has gone to sleep for the weekend (it's 5:30 in the morning for me though)

SQL 7 Enterprse Manager has just been set-up on the server and I've been trying to access it from my Local Enterprise Manager. Having only ever used SQL & in a local environment I haven't done this before. Anyway, I typed in the IP number of the website in the Wizard thing that sets up a new server and it looked as though everything worked. However, when I went to login (I double checked my username and password) it said the server wasn't running. Well, it is. Do you think there would be a direct IP to the SQL server that is different to the website IP? If so, my hosting company forgot to tell me what it is and would therefore explain the problem. Maybe it's something else though. Any ideas?

thanks,

Andrew
