The WireFrames app is indeed need of a better interface for creating a brand new wireframe.

Until this better interface is built, here is what you need to do: - create a blank text file called xyz.wir, where "xyz" is the name you want to give your app; - put xyz.wir in the wireframedata directory; - point your browser to http://myserver/wireframe/index.cfm?wireframename=xyz

That's all you should need to do. Of ourse, you need to substitue your own server name, and use the correct path to the wireframe application.
