Me either, because you would have to write to the application variable while it was being read in order to cause that pcode exception error.

So have you tried that? Run that evil frame application you spoke of, and while it crunched along, run a separate script in a different browser window that sets a value to that variable. If it works, you can donate that 5 bucks in my name to the Human Fund.
