I don't know if a custom tag, but why not try putting them into a WDDX packet and pass that packet in the URL instead of all the form elements. By them as one big WDDX packet :)

Has anyone seen a custom tag that can loop over your form elements and create a string of pair/values that can be attached to a URL string regardless of which form is posting? Apparently when using fusebox to send a user back through the index on a frameset I lose my variables unless I pass them on in the URL string :(
