The Maryland CFUG has two relevant articles at http://www.cfug-md.org/Articles.cfm. Under the "Coding Guidelines" section, see "CF Variables - Scope Characteristics" and "CF Variables - Storage and Life Cycle Analysis". These articles describe each scope rather than listing the server-supplied variables within each scope. Good job by TeraTech.
