How many records at a throw? How complicated a layout?

www.fastio.com (another favorite)

Or you could create a PDF file template and use the FDF Toolkit Object from Adobe and add the datasets into the template as needed. We do this for some pretty complex form fill ins. (The data is easy 300+ fields ... just that the forms layout is crucial and way to complicated to MAP out and create via pdflib)
