Subject: "Illegal Port Command" with CFFTP

Hello, every time I try and execute this command:

<cfftp action="GETFILE" server="#FTPServer#" username="#Username#" password="#Password#" stoponerror="yes" localfile="#GetDirectoryFromPath(CF_TEMPLATE_PATH)#filename.txt" remotefile="cgi-bin/Reporting/filename.txt" transfermode="ASCII" >

I get this error:

500 Illegal PORT Command

Any ideas as to what might be happening? Thanks!
