Altigen has some nice bells and whistles .. however they've proven to be a little bit of a difficult company to work with in some cases, and not very well-managed. Whether or not this affects the product is up to you to decide. A couple major distributors have since dropped their line. The Artisoft solutions are gaining a very wide audience, though.
