Good point, I understand what you're saying. It's fine to post them to the list, but I just wanted to emphasize that our "official" line of support is support@hksi.net. We've got a pretty good track record of responding to bug reports and fixing them quickly either way they come in, but with the volume of mail we're getting it helps to have it directed or at least CC'ed to the support address.
