We're still in the development stage. Members sign up through a sign up page we've created. This stores their info in SQL and as such gives them an email address, a web site account, a FTP account, a Forum account, and soon - a calendar account.

We don't have any web templates yet, but we are considering it. Current members will either build the site on their own and FTP it, or them will create the page online using browser based WYSIWYG tools.
