Have been trying user@theredomain.com and user and no luck with ether one. We login right in with no problem here it just the users out side the network from what i can tell but from my home i have no problems. So i am lost. At first i thought ok its just the user but not its been about 10 of them with the same problem in a day. When we set there we sites up it sets every thing up as far as mail.theredomain.com and every thing on imail has been working for some time this is the first time i have every seen this. All of them get setup with mail.theredomain.com as the are on ipless domain and mail. SO there log in is user@theredoamin.com but that is nto work ether for them.
