All Of my Users recive this Error! I Cant figure it out! Please help This is for the SMTP the server recives mail fine but can not send for any users.

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'garza@cdnet.com.mx'. Subject 'invitacion a pagar internet correspondiente a febrero', Account: 'informes', Server: 'cdnet.com.mx', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 not local host cdnet.com.mx, not a gateway', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79
