I wasn't sure if it ever made it to the list.
I know the executables copy over, but I was wondering about the config files. Do they overwrite the old ones, or should I copy them somewhere else and then copy back to new directory? Also, if I do copy them back, are there any changes in the config files unique to the new version?

Analog is a cross platform application, so it doesn't use any platform specific configurations (registry entries, etc). Just overwrite the old executable file with the new version. If there are any changes in the way Analog handles defaults it will be documented in the What's New section.
