You probably need to set both LOGFORMAT and DEFAULTLOGFORMAT in your analog.cfg file:
LOGFORMAT MICROSOFT-INT DEFAULTLOGFORMAT MICROSOFT-INT
Make sure to remove, or comment out, the LOGFORMAT AUTO line as well.
The ambiguity is because Analog can't tell if your dates are MM.DD.YY (NA) or DD.MM.YY (INT). I'm guessing they are probably INT, but they could be NA.
