I've been thinking.
My primary use for Spectra is content management to help unload most of the day to day edits for my company's public site. Generally, I see this working wonderfully with the exception of "in-context" links. Other sectional links I am able to automate through the Site Layout Model or possibly keywords. But for links within the running text of a page ("Blah blah. blah. Click here."), the link must be made with the in-browser HTML editor.
That's where the problem lies. Creating a link within the HTML editor requires the business user to know and input a URL. I'm able to create a simple, low knowledge interface up to that point then it breaks down.
Is this just a fact of life? Or is there a better way?
I'm not looking for a technical answer here as much as to inquire how others handle the issue and theoretical solutions.
