Spike and David,
I think this has to do with the upgrade procedure. I have verified that it works fine w/ a clean install on NT and Win2k - right now I'm debugging the upgrade to see where it's hosing things up.

Machine config is: Win2k Adv Server CF 5.0 beta 3 Spectra 1.5
CF 5.0 was just installed over the top of 4.52. Spectra was not reinstalled after 5.0.
