Aside from endless debugging when SiteMinder doesn't work, I haven't had a huge range of problems with it, but I especially appreciate having the security tags 'open' so that I can use them as I need to to hook into our campus' security systems. And being able to disable 2 services as this seems to promise is a nice plus.
