Are you certain the tasks aren't running, rather than throwing an error? Try running them from a browser to see.
One thing I like to do with tasks that run no more than once or twice daily is to have the template send me an email message as the last thing it does. This way I get an idea what's not completing. For a task running every few minutes create a text-file log and have the template make an entry when it begins and another when it ends. If all of your different scheduled templates are on the same server, you could log them to the same log file.
