If you're trying to do this from your server onto a client machine via a browser, then you are on very rocky ground over the morality of altering client PCs without their consent and would suggest that you back away from this immediately and find a more appropriate method than this.

However, if this is a CF application that someone is purchasing from you and installing on their CF Server, then why not try CFRegistry or CFExecute.

However, be warned that one or both of these tags maybe disabled by the server administrator.
